The Doctor Strange sequel is ramping up for its May production start, and Marvel Studios is looking to fill out the cast with some new faces. We previously heard about Miss America likely appearing in the show, they’re looking for Jericho Drumm, and now a big character is also headed to the sequel.
According to The Illuminerdi, Marvel is looking to cast someone between their 20s and 40s for the role. Clea is a major character in the Doctor Strange mythos, so they probably have a idea for who they want.
The site mentions whoever they cast needs to have “leading lady qualities”, so don’t be surprised if Marvel goes after an A-Lister for the role much like they did with Angelina Jolie for Thena in Eternals.
With the movie’s May start date approaching quickly, we’ll probably learn who will be the MCU’s Clea pretty soon.
