Chris Pratt Says James Gunn’s ‘Guardians 3’ Script is ‘Off the Chain’

We’ve known for a while that Marvel Studios does plan to use James Gunn’s script for Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and now there’s confirmation from Star-Lord himself that they are…and it’s a pretty awesome script.

In an interview with MTV News, Chris Pratt says he read the script:

“Yeah I have. It’s off the chain. It’s so good.”

And then he was asked about doing the movie without James Gunn:

“Well, I love James. I’m loyal to James and I love him so much. And we’re gonna, we’re gonna deliver the movie. We’re gonna, we’re gonna give the fans what they deserve. And I think it’s in the nature of the ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ to come together and get the job done.”

There’s still no news on when Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 is coming, but if the cast is reading the script there could be some movement behind the scenes. Perhaps we’ll learn more in Hall H at SDCC in July when Feige is expected to unveil the “Phase 4” movies.
