I’ve had a lot of people ask if the extras on the Avengers: Infinity War digital release that arrived today are the same as what you get on the Blu-ray, and the answer is yes…depending on where you purchase the movie.
If you purchase the movie on a retailer that offers digital extras, you’ll have the same ones as on the Blu-ray in two weeks. So if you purchase it on iTunes, Vudu, Fandango NOW, or Amazon you’ll get all of the deleted scenes, gag reel, and featurettes that the Blu-ray has (just be sure it’s the “Bonus Features” version if you choose Amazon). iTunes, Fandango NOW, and Vudu also have the audio commentary as an option, but I haven’t been able to confirm yet if it’s possible on Amazon.
All digital versions that have extras have the “director’s roundtable” feature as an exclusive, which isn’t available on the physical release.
