In recent years fans on the internet have become more and more concerned with the running time of super hero movies. Perhaps it’s due to the drama surrounding Justice League only being two hours long, but everyone is desperate to know how long Marvel movies are before they come out.
Earlier this year a placeholder run time for Avengers: Infinity War went viral, and when the real run time came out people hatched elaborate conspiracy theories about censorship. Now we have the final run time for Ant-Man and The Wasp, but I doubt anyone will have any conspiracy theories about this one.
Marvel’s next theatrical release will clock in at 118 minutes, which is actually exactly the same as the first Ant-Man from 2015.
With a final run time available, it means that theaters are in the clear to begin scheduling show times and selling advanced tickets. That could be any day now…
